Product overview:

Explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous electric motors of the YBX4 series with increased efficiency correspond to the second efficiency class according to GB18613-2012 “Minimum permissible values and energy efficiency classes of small and medium-sized three-phase asynchronous electric motors.” The engines are made with an explosion-proof enclosure according to GB3836.2; explosion protection marking - ExdⅡ BT4Gb, Exd Ⅱ CT4Gb. They are used as a general industrial drive for equipment in places where flammable gases or vapors of groups A and B, category Ⅱ, temperature classes T1–T4, form explosive mixtures with air.

Detailed description

Operating conditions

Standard operating conditions for YBX4 engines: altitude no more than 1000m above sea level, minimum ambient temperature -15℃, maximum +40℃.

Heating and insulation

The motor is designed with F class insulation (155℃); Temperature rise is rated Class B (80K), which ensures engine life and reliability.

Cooling and ventilation

Standard cooling is a fully enclosed, self-ventilated design. The standard motor is equipped with a plastic fan. The design complies with IC411 according to IEC60034-6.

Protection class protection class

Motor protection degree - IP55; Operation in dusty or damp environments is allowed.

Voltage and frequency

The voltage of motors with dimensions 80–100 is 380V.

The voltage of engines with size 112–355 is 380V, 660V, 380/660V T.

Rated frequency - 50HZ.

The engine remains operational when the supply voltage deviates from the nominal value by ±5%.

Terminal box location

The terminal box is located on top of the housing and allows input from four sides. Provision is made for cable entry with a rubber sheath and wiring in a steel pipe.
