YBBP Technical Drawing

Explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous electric motors with frequency regulation of the YBBP series are made with an explosion-proof enclosure according to GB3836.2; explosion protection marking - ExdⅡ BT4Gb. Used as a general industrial drive in places where flammable gases or vapors of groups A and B, category Ⅱ, temperature classes T1–T4, form explosive mixtures with air. Together with a frequency converter they form an electromechanical system with wide operating ranges at constant torque and constant power. These are explosion-proof variable speed AC motors specifically designed to be powered by a frequency converter.

Applicable standard: JB/T11201.1-2011.

Detailed description

Operating conditions

Standard operating conditions for YBBP engines: altitude no more than 1000m above sea level, minimum ambient temperature -15℃, maximum +40℃.

Heating and insulation

The motor is designed with F class insulation (155℃); Temperature rise is rated Class B (80K), which ensures engine life and reliability.

Cooling and ventilation

The standard cooling method is IC416. The standard engine is equipped with a forced cooling fan.

Degree of protection

Motor protection degree - IP55; Operation in dusty or damp environments is allowed.

Voltage and frequency

The voltage of motors with dimensions 80–100 is 380V.

The voltage of engines with size 112–355 is 380V, 660V, 380/660V.

Rated frequency - 50HZ.

The engine remains operational when the supply voltage deviates from the nominal value by ±5%.

Terminal box location

The terminal box is located on top of the housing and allows input from four sides. Provision is made for cable entry with a rubber sheath and wiring in a steel pipe.
