The recently published energy-saving equipment promotion program lists motors first among six priority categories.
The program defines phased goals: by 2028, bring the energy efficiency of motors, transformers and other energy-saving equipment to the advanced international level; develop base materials and key components for engines that exceed the first energy efficiency class and maintain high efficiency over a wide range; Accelerate the introduction of high-efficiency induction motors, wide-range permanent magnet motors, direct drive, magnetic levitation and high-precision industrial servo drives. Special technology roadmaps are provided for particularly low and high speeds, frequent variable loads, fast response and high torque at low speeds.
The implementation includes green design and production, equipment upgrades and the application of artificial intelligence, promoting smart, green and comprehensive development. For engine manufacturers, this sets the direction for technological innovation and opens up broader market opportunities.
